UK Delivery
Carriage will be charged at the following rates:

*Our Overnight, Saturday and Sunday delivery options are available for all in-stock items at the point of order. These expedited services are available for UK mainland delivery only (excluding highlands)
International Delivery:
Collect in Store
Goods collected from our Yorkshire Dancewear Showroom are not subject to a handling fee. And what's more, we do not charge any more for products purchased in store either. The product prices listed on our website are also applicable in store.
If you have chosen to browse on-line and select the products for collection, you will be given an order number. We will process your order and contact you by either email or telephone, once your order is ready for collection. Payment will be processed in-store at the point of collection, or should you prefer, you can pre-pay by credit or debit card via our website at the point of order.
Delivery Guidelines
All orders received by 3pm* are usually despatched the same day, where goods are in stock at the point of order.
Where goods are currently out of stock, the estimated 'Due Date' is stated against each item, so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you would like to place an order. These due dates are specific to each item, based on the latest backorder information from our manufacturers and are updated daily. As stock is allocated on a first-come first-served basis, many customers choose to place a backorder for out of stock items, to ensure they don't miss out.
Should your order consists of both in and out of stock items, depending on the out of stock due date, your goods may be despatched at separate times. Should you select an Overnight, Saturday or Sunday delivery, this will only be applied to the first despatch of goods on your order.
*Please note: Our warehouse is closed on Sundays & Mondays and thus orders placed on these days will be processed on a Tuesday.
Returns
Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, please simply return them to us within 30 days of receipt, for either an exchange or refund as your prefer. All we ask is that they are returned to us in their original, saleable condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
Please note; all tights, foundation garments, printed merchandise and sale items are considered final sales and as such are non-returnable.
Academy Club Account Holders: It should be noted that Costume Gallery and Art Stone costumes and all Pointe Shoes are not eligible for return for Academy Club customers, except where faulty. We will try to accommodate changes of sizes where possible for costumes, but this cannot be guaranteed and must be authorised by our Academy Club team prior to return.
UK Returns
FREE UK Returns
We are delighted to offer a free returns service for our UK Orders* by following the instructions below:
- Please ensure that your goods are eligible for return - see general returns notes above
- Print and complete a copy of our returns form via the following link: 'Print Returns Form'
- Include a copy of the completed returns form with your goods. You may wish to use the external packaging in which we sent your goods by simply turning the bag inside out.
- Generate your free Royal Mail returns label at http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5870 Please ensure that you only generate and print ONE returns label per invoice received.
- Attach your label to your parcel and take it to your local Post Office.
We will process your return for an exchange or refund as soon as it's received in our warehouse. If you've asked for an exchange of more value than the goods returned, we will contact you to transact the aditional payment. For refunds, we'll process the amount back onto the card on which you paid.
We will send you an email confirmation, once your return has been processed.
Important Notes:
- Returns on all eligible items are free only when a return label is generated via our link in our returns instructions above. We are unable to reimburse any return postage fees where items have been sent back and paid for directly.
- *In-store purchases and Click & Collect orders are not eligible for our free returns service.
- *Our free returns service provides one label per invoice . We reserve the right to charge for additional labels generated which will be deducted from any refund amount due.
International Returns
Please print and complete a copy of our returns form
here and include this with your goods. Send the package back to us and clearly mark it as 'Goods being returned to the UK'. Any charges arising from a failure to do this will be passed back to you and deducted from any credit. You may wish to contact your local customes authority to claim back any customs fees paid if you are retuning goods.
