Book Your Store Visit
In response to the latest Coronavirus status, we wanted to update you on the actions we are taking to help keep our customers and colleagues as safe as possible, and to support our dance communities the best we can.

In Store Services

In response to the latest Government announcement, our showroom wil be open from Tuesday 13th April for you to browse and buy your products in person.  


General Showroom Visits:

For the safety of our staff and customers alike, we ask that you take a moment to read through the following notes, prior to your visit:
  • Please ensure that you arrive promptly for your visit to ensure we are able to give each customer the best possible service and to allow us to clean & sanitise the store and manage handled goods after your visit.
  • Please sanitise your hands before entering our showroom at the sanitisation stations supplied.
  • Please comply with our 2m social distancing rules whilst browsing in store.
  • Please reduce the number of people in your party to the minimum and wear a face mask.
  • We cannot provide socks or tights for you to try on footwear, so please ensure that you bring your own freshly laundered or you can purchase in-store.
  • We will be providing fitting room facilities which will be cleaned and sanitised after each use.  All goods tried on but not purchased, will be quarantined for 48 hours and we ask wherever possible for goods to be tried on at home.
  • We will not be accepting cash payments at this time to minimise manual handling and to keep you and our staff safe.
Pointe Shoe Fittings:

We are delighted to be offering our specialist pointe shoe fittings and as for all other visits to our store, these will be strictly by appointment only.  You can book your fitting appointment by clicking on the link at the top of this page.  For the safety of our staff and customers alike, we ask that you take a moment to read through the following notes, prior to your visit:
  • Please follow the guidelines above for general visits to our store
  • If this is your first fitting, please ensure that your dance teacher has approved and confirmed that you are ready to go onto pointe.
  • If this is not your first fitting, please ensure that you bring any foot protection, such as toe pads etc, that you already have and wish to use in your new pointe shoes and that they are clean and sanitised prior to your visit.
  • Although our fitters have amended their pre-fit assessment to reduce personal contact wherever possible, we ask that you ensure your feet have been cleaned and sanitised prior to your visit.
  • Due to the proximity of the fitter during the fitting, we ask that you wear a face mask during your appointment.  Please be assured that we take your safety as paramount importance and our fitters will be wearing the appropriate PPE for each appointment including a face mask, face shield and surgical gloves.
Click & Collects:

Once your Click & Collect order is ready for collection, we will notify you and ask you to book a collection slot through our online booking platform.  When arriving at our store, may we ask all customers to observe the following requests, to ensure that we adhere to government policies and to ensure the safety of our staff and customers alike:
  • You will not be able to collect your order unless you have booked a collection slot
  • Please do not book your slot until we have confirmed that your order is ready for collection
  • We ask that you arrive promptly at your allotted time slot to help us regulate the number of visitors to our store at any one time. 
  • We ask that you observe the 2m social distancing policy and use the hand sanitiser stations supplied.
  • Although we can transact card payments in-store, we ask wherever possible for orders to be paid online in advance, whilst placing your Click & Collect order.  In this way we can minimise contact points, thus reducing the risk of virus transfer.  I'm afraid we are not currently accepting cash payments.
  • We ask that you minimise the number of people in your party to the lowest possible when you come to collect your parcel
Returns Service:

You may also attend our store to return Click & Collect or Direct Delivery orders, for refund or exchange.  Again, this is strictly by APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Please simply book your returns slot by clicking the link at the top of this page. 

Online Services

Our online services through our website are robust and are working as normal.  Our large premises enable our team to remain working on site by locating them in separate areas on the premises, to maintain our usual customer service levels.
  • Our telephone lines remain open as usual to answer your queries and process telephone orders.
  • You can also contact us by email as usual and our response times remain the same.
  • We continue to receive deliveries as usual and our delivery times are currently unaffected.
  • Our enhanced delivery options, such as 24 hour, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are operating as normal and you can upgrade to these services via telephone.  As usual, we would recommend that you contact us for the latest availability and delivery information, should your order be urgent.
  • Our mail order returns and exchange services are operating as normal.

Keeping you informed

We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely, reviewing developments and the latest advice, and inform you of any additional steps we need to take, as we continue to provide you with the very best levels of service, whilst keeping our staff and customers safe.
